I know you've placed this in surreal, but reading your description to get a better idea of what was portrayed I see this one better suited for the conceptual gallery. And on that note I'll add it's a great concept! I love a piece that has a powerful message and meaning behind it.
Nice work on the light, it adds a lot to the intensity of this manip and I'm a big fan of warm autumn tones.
I wish there was any flaw I could find, but I cannot find anything wrong with it. Maybe just a personal preference, but I'd lose the globe in the bottom right corner, I feel it's distracting from the center focus of this piece, the model reaching for the box.
