Perfect coulour, tone and atmosphere! Composition works well with the rule of thirds- the only thing I would mention is the slightly odd cloud coverage over the mountains beneath your copyright. Perhaps providing complete coverage over the range from the edge of the image to just below the word 'frozen'? Small observation, though, given the overall content! One of the qualities about this piece (though this is only a personal observation) is the ice floating on the water at the bottom of the image- there is a hint of depth to the water which makes you want to see more of it! The initial impact is definitely the key to this.
